A 62-year-old male smoker presents with a pulsatile, expansile abdominal mass. CT aortogram reveals an infrarenal aortic aneurysm measuring 6.2 cm in maximum diameter. He is otherwise fit for surgery. The recommended management is:
AOpen surgical repair
BEither EVAR or open repair depending on anatomy and centre expertise
CEndovascular aortic repair (EVAR)
DSurveillance with CT every 6 months
